Proxy ballots are available in the complete AGM package above. If you cannot make it to the meeting in person, you may vote by proxy. Proxy votes must be received by the Secretary no later than the start of the AGM.
2021 VARAC Annual General Meeting Announcement

Location: Online webinar on the Zoom meeting platform
Time: 10:00am – 12:00pm (end time may vary)
The Club is always better for your participation – so please plan to attend if you can.
Details on the Zoom format and how to take part will be included in the AGM package which will be distributed two weeks before the event.
Motions: Motions and discussion topics from members are welcome, and must to be submitted to the club Secretary, Gavin Ivory on or before October 21st. In your submission for motions, please word the motion concisely, just as it will be read at the AGM, and include a brief supporting argument.
Remember motions must also have a “seconder”. Lastly, if possible, please submit motions and discussions in Word or text formats.
Voting: Voting will be possible for online attendees. If you are unable to attend the webinar, please complete a proxy form (click here to download the form) and return it to Gavin Ivory by November 8.
A complete AGM package will be emailed to members by October 30.
